They may direct large-scale research projects and offer research advice to their organization. Excellent understanding and experience in the design and development of paint and clear-coat formulations. The position will lead the Coating Emulsion Product Vertical, report to the VP of Technology (Head of Tech Centre), and will be supported by a team of Development & Application Managers, Research Associates, and other personnel.
