Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with banker in order to study and understand their queries/issue and incorporating/addressing the same on the platform.
  • Analysis of the loan proposal.
  • Coordinating with the concerned teams/department in order to address the queries
  • Providing inputs, based on daily interaction with helpline team and banker, for development of new and updated products on the platform.

Candidate Background:
  • From Banking Industry (Phone banker/Relationship manager/Credit department)
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance stream)
  • 2-3 Year experience
  • KPO + Finance experience (preferred)
