We require experienced customer support executive to provide quality customer support through email, chat and phone.Roles & Responsibilities : Handle customer queries & complaints through Phone, Chat and Email.Call customers and resolve issues related to their orders.Co-ordinate with shipping (courier) partners and other associates for any customer related issues.Non-voice (70%) and Voice (30%) process.Day time (10 am to 6:30 pm) shift only.Required Candidate profile : Excellent verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in drafting professional responses to customer issues.Ability to speak Hindi is a must.Personal dedication to providing high quality, superior service at all times.Ability to track and complete the daily support tickets by end of the day.Experience in setup and operation of ticket based support suites like Freshdesk, Zoho etc will be a bonus.Location : Poonamallee High Road, Purasawalkam.
