The Rental and Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the rental and leasing of properties, equipment, vehicles, and other assets. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing rental and leasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Managing rental and leasing agreements, including negotiating contracts, determining rental rates, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. Coordinating maintenance and repairs of rental and leasing assets to ensure they are in good condition and available for use. Managing the collection of rental and leasing fees, ensuring timely payment and addressing any payment issues that arise. Conducting market research to identify new rental and leasing opportunities and potential clients. Analyzing and monitoring rental and leasing operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Providing reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the rental and leasing operations. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field. Several years of relevant experience in rental and leasing operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
