Job Description


As Home Loan Sales Officer, candidate will leverage their expertise and sales idea to give guidance and assistance to existing and new customers in the open market from Korba regarding bank home loans and financial products. Responsibilities for Loan Sales Jobs in Korba: Manage home loan sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels. Ensure consistent growth by acquiring new customers from Korba. Supervise and expand the Direct Sales team, with a focus on increasing productivity. Implement marketing strategies and capitalize on catchment areas. Meet with High Net Worth (HNI) clients and explain various products related to Loan against Property, Housing Finance, and Working Capital. Foster relationships with builders and establish tie-ups to target primary markets. Coordinate and oversee project approvals from builders within Korba. Generate additional revenue through cross-selling of BFSI products such as insurance, CASA, and credit cards. Responsible for end-to-end processing of cases and keeping customers updated on the status. Job Requirements: Qualifications : Graduate or higher Experience : 12 months or more in the Sales or Marketing domain Skill Set : Strong communication and presentation skills required Geographical Knowledge : Candidates should be familiar with the local area in the Korba. Travel : Traveling within the assigned area of the Korba may be required.
