Our client is being used by over 6 million people across India.We- ve managed to capture major traction and it's time for us to take that growth to the next level. That's where you come.The JobYour Responsibilities will include:- Guide users of App on the benefits of using the app and various courses available in the app.- Help them navigate through various features in the app and explain the benefits of each feature. - Help them choose the right subscription package to access premium content on the app and guide them through the entire payment process. - Be part of the daily morning meeting with entire Sales Leadership Team at 8.30 AM daily over zoom.- Achieve daily 4 hours of Talk Time (You will have to work for 8-9 hours to achieve 4 hours of Talk Time daily.- There is no sales target in this job, but you will earn incentive for every sale you make.- You will have to attend a weeklong Training Program after joining over zoom.- You will have to clear a certification post completion of training.- This is a permanent work from home job and work timings are between 8.30 AM to 6 PM. - You don't need to have a computer or laptop to perform this job.- All you need a smartphone with good internet connectivity.Ideal Candidate :Skills Required :- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams (ref:updazz.com)
