Job Role: Relationship Manager- Credit Card- We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and manage ourrelationships with our largest and most complex partners.- Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met, and proactively seeking out new business opportunities.Responsibilities :-- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed credit card sales targets.- Recruit, train, and monitor performance of DSAs to maximize sales potential.- Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams.- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives.- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.Requirements :-- 1+ years of credit card sales and DSA channel management experience.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.- Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
