Assistant Manager Sales 1. The candidate is responsible for the sourcing of Loan Against Property cases, and meeting monthly targets at the location. These may be sourced from either indirect channels (DSAs) or direct channels i.e. directly approaching end customers.2. With DSAs currently being the primary acquisition source, it would be preferred that the candidate is familiar with DSAs sourcing the Loan Against Property product at the location. 3. DSA identification, enrollment, training and management would be a primary CTQ of the candidate. The candidate should be able to win over and motivate the teams at the DSA. 4. The candidate should also exhibit strong process orientation. 5. He/ she should be able to value add to the end customer experience by ensuring quick processing turn around time of individual cases. definitely for those parts of the overall process that are within sales control (file completeness at the time of login, speed of acquiring post sanction documentation)6. The candidate should be able to work seamlessly with key stake holders both within the sales team and at the credit processing unit and ensure both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met. 7.
