3-12 Scope of the Role: To Build and manage WC Book and Strategic Clients Relationship in terms of FB/NFB/TL/CE Loan/Liab Book so as to ensure Income Generation of all Appropriate Asset and Liability Products relevant to the clients. Manage clients with minimum turn of 50 crore and above. :
- To achieve and exceed targets for APR revenue including volume, NTB customers and commission parameters and archiving any other KPI's defined for the role.
- To Achieve over all business targets on volumes and profitability.
- Sourcing NTB Clients in the Locations on Regular basis to Grow the Asset & Liability Book Faster.
- To identify and source new business opportunities and keep track on market dynamics and define wallet share of the customer to be achieved
- Scope for possible product penetration and provide strategy on the specific accounts.
- RMs should be on regular client calls for both existing and prospective clients. These calls should be done in a structured manner either individually or with support groups, branches or supervisors.
- Monthly review to be done with various product groups and supervisors who support the RM portfolio (plan Vs achievement ) and other cross function teams to ensure better product penetration.
- Ensure that all the management guidance is properly adhered to
