Roles and Responsibilities MEis providingworking capitaland Term loanupto Rs 20 crores to SMEcustomer through dedicated Business BankingBranches. The lending is done under various pre-approved programs and few cases on stand alone basis. The facility include fund base facilities like Channel Finance, overdraft, cash credit, term loan, packing credits, bills discounting and non fund base facilities like Letter of credit, Bank guarantee, buyers credit, Derivatives etc. Facilities are provided in Indian currency as well as Foreign currency. The facilities are secured by property collateral, liquid collateral. Key Resonsibilty- - Attending the leads provided by various internal groups and getting the leads decisioned. - Meeting customers and understanding their business requirement. Based on customer requirements, offering him various facility and checking the fitment of the customer requirement in various pre- approved lending programs. - Preparing detailed credit appraisal memo(CAM) by understanding the customer, his background,, his business model, existing relationship. - Doing proper reference check trade reference checks. De-dupes, sister & amp associate concern details. -Detailed analysis of his CMA, financial s, projections, banking, track record of past loans. -Visiting customer premises, office, factory, godown to have better understanding of business and level of business activity. -Also visit the property which is being offered as collateral on case to case basis. Has to get the property valuation done with help of valuation team and TSR done through empaneled lawyer . -Timely renewal of portfolio as well as compliance resolution.
