r r Job description: . Responsible for qualifying, pitching, and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, partners from first meeting to first sale to growthr r . Ownership of offline/online sales via dealers and distributors . Identify additional dealers and distributors for sales . Monitor and measure performance . Create innovative strategies . Set targets . Build and scale the BD & sales organization Requirements: . Highly collaborative mindset: we are a small team . Extrovert, excellent negotiation & sales skills . Smart, driven, flexible individual with an attitude to get things done . Entrepreneurial mindset ability to work independently . Ability to work around the crutches of a startup life Optional: . BD, Sales experience . Experience in ecommerce . Experience in developing indirect sales channels Others . Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel . Experience in dealing with distributors, dealers & retail outlets . Experience in driving partnership deals . Affinity for technology.
