Good knowledge of MS-Office, as well as Internet research abilities and e-mail.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Data Filteration/Data Review/Data Correction if required.
Preparing and Editing Correspondence, Reports and Presentations.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role.
Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal abilities.
Organizing and Maintaining Files and Records.
Maintain Physical and Digital Filing Systems.
Scan and Print files, as needed.
