His goal will be to enhance sales competence of our strong sales work force in the assigned Area. Candidate preferred shall be from South India with a good flair of spoken skill in regional Language & English.Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of sales processes, strategies and plan for sales organization in Pankajaksthuri Herbals
  • Manage the training of Regional team and align their activities in line with the strategic path defined by Training Manager
  • Train, Groom & mentor Campus hired Sales officers and bring them to speed
  • Enable & program manage higher education program for campus hires
  • Maintain reports and metrices in line with expected L&D KPIs
  • Set the priorities, evaluate and assess present Sales team
  • Identify best practices FMCG Industry and identify gaps so as to develop the company of market working
  • Actively design and develop effective methods and processes to enhance performance of sales organization
  • Implement best practices for driving sales productivity and sales optimization
  • Articulate and impart the 'PankajaKasthuri' way to different levels of sales organization to achieve its smooth adoption
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Take active role in adoption of secondary sales technology including development of critical information flow with a view to drive daily execution of KPI's.
Desired Qualifications
  • Educational qualification: Graduate/BBA/BE
  • 5-8 years of work experience, including hands-on Leadership experience in Marketing & Sales
  • Have prior experience as Sales internal trainer and with mandate experience in FMCG/OTC domain
  • Should possess soft skills like communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good Collaborative & Influential skills desired for better stake holder connect (Internal & External)
  • Proficient in MS Office & with good Business Acumen
