Job Description

Driving Scheme Profitability


  • Ensure maximum coverage of scheme across assigned geographical spread & ensure scheme profitability is maintained
    Drive maximum enrollments under the scheme for assigned Zone.
    Regularly review the claims registered under the zone & provide inputs to State Head for course correction with concerned Govt. level authorities.
    Explore new business opportunities with government bodies / authorities & recommend the same to State Head for implementation.



Scheme Management & Implementation

  • Managing the Business of the clusters/districts in the zone, based on Population
    Overall responsibility of driving the project as per the scheme guidelines in the cluster under the zone
    Maintain cordial relationship with concerned government authorities in Zone ( Regional Deputy Directors for the districts under the cluster ), to ensure local issues are handled effectively & manage escalations
    Coordinate with the RCs/districts level officials under the Zone with respect to the enrolment on monthly basis
    Report, alert and solve any issues at the grass root level \xe2\x80\x93 both operational as well as administrative
    Recommend initiatives / activities to be undertaken regarding relationship building and scheme implementation in the cluster of the zone.



Team Management

  • Monitor & guide the Cluster Head under the zone as regards scheme implementation
    Guide Cluster Head to ensure that the Grievances pertaining to the clusters are resolved within TAT
    Develop the working relationship with the District and other officials under the Zone.
    Train Cluster Head & district coordinators on schemes & updates on regular basis
