:
- To manage PSD business for North India
- Driving Secondary team for generating sales and servicing customers
- Manage Chandigarh/HP and Punjab territory directly
- To deliver sales coverage model by driving ASMs, DSRs, Safety Agents as per the execution plan.
- Collaborating with ISMC team members to deliver on base sale
- Collaborating with marketing & technical team to deliver respective programs and enhance customer experience
- To identify training needs of 3M sales reps and DSRs. Co-ordinate to deliver such trainings to improve overall knowledge and skill of the team members.
- To ensure SFDC goals are being delivered. Review rhythm with sales team to manage SFDC discipline.
- To manage trade account coverage. Improve placement and penetration at trade counters.
- To highlight channel coverage gaps in the territory and work with ISMC team for identifying right channel partners for the territory
- To drive various DSR incentive programs
- To keep a close eye on the competitive activities. Keep updating HO team with relevant competitive information.
- Coach team members.
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining division operational rhythm and processes.
