Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Implement the organizational policies procedures, and ensure adherence by all zonal team members
r Respect the mission, vision and values of the company and effectively communicate the same to the Zonal sales team
r Forecast accurately and evolve monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan.
r Ensure effective implementation of the sales management system
r Monitor performance of the sales team and guide them to achieve their targets.
r Review daily sales reports, conduct / attend periodical sales review meetings and correct the situations then and there.
r Monitor performance of stockiest and support them to achieve their targets
