Position: Regional Sales Manager, Government

Location: Delhi, India

Your Path to Success:

\xc2\xb7 You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on a net new logo and upsell opportunities, while leveraging customer references such as the CIO of GE*, CTO of Siemens*, and EVP of Microsoft*.

\xc2\xb7 You will demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organizations.

\xc2\xb7 You will benefit from complementary and robust Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting and Transformation Teams throughout your sales cycles.

\xc2\xb7 You will constantly generate pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and top tier channel partners (VAR, SI & SP).

\xc2\xb7 You will win deals through world-class planning and preparation, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving real business problems.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience, with a particular focus on SaaS and disruptive networking technologies. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security background is ideal.

\xc2\xb7 Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments; and keen understanding of how to leverage channel partnerships.

\xc2\xb7 Executive connect with MD / ED / GM, but not limited to this, in Public Sector Organizations.

\xc2\xb7 Executive connect with Secretary / Jt. Secretary / DG / DDG, but not limited to this, in Central Ministry Organizations.

\xc2\xb7 Have worked in Organizations under Ministries such as MeitY, Power, Oil and Gas, Railways, External Affairs, Home Affairs, but not limited to this.

\xc2\xb7 Have good connect with relevant teams in Government Focusedb Partners - Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3

\xc2\xb7 Have worked with Government Focused Consultants and have connects with relevant teams in PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, BCG, GT, but not limited to this.

\xc2\xb7 Have worked on RFP/Tender from end to end, working along with all the relevant stake holders - Internal and external (customer / partner / consultant).

\xc2\xb7 Maniacal focus on excellence in Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including meticulous planning and preparation.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a proven sales process from beginning to end.

\xc2\xb7 Evidence of \'team sales\' and the ability to use internal resources, partners, and team members to be successful.

\xc2\xb7 An \'in the field\' mentality leading you to meet customers & prospects face to face wherever possible.
