for Regional Sales Manager:
- The incumbent has to have a Channel sales & Distribution Experience for more than 12 Years Preferably in FMCG organization with a proven track record.
- Must have worked in Uttarakhand in a Leadership Position for more than 8 years.
- Have handled a team and should have a capability of building a team from scratch Of ASM /ASE /TSO/SE/SO Must have a proven Track record in Rural Expansion & Market Penetration across assigned Geography of Uttarakhand and have handled business of more than 5 crs monthly turnover, willing to travel 12-15 days in a month.
- Highly motivated with sharp skills in training & motivation of field force.
- Ready to face challenge, need to be a game changer in the market. Bakery & food industries candidate would be an added advantage.
- Achievement of Primary & Secondary objectives, Ensuring Town coverage in the region, Recruiting, training & Motivation of the field force, Strict commercial controls on Super stockist & Distributors.
- Timely Submission of MIS report of the region, as well as competition update.
- Regular Coordination with HO, Implementation & Execution of Management Plans /Good Administrative Skills. Managing & proper utilization of Trade Budgets & sanctions
- MBA preferred
Candidates should have minimum 12 years of experience in FMCG and their current Designation should be either ASM or RSM.
