We are looking for a result oriented and passionate individual to join Animal Nutrition, Health and Biosciences team as a Regional Sales Leader. Your Focus As Regional Sales Leader, you will lead a team to achieve and exceed revenue and market share target for South Asia in the Animal Nutrition portfolio. You will be working collaboratively across commercial, application and customer service team in the region. This position is based at India. How You Will Contribute Make efforts to keep knowledge on up-to-date market trends and rates to ensure competitive position of the company in the market. Develop strategic business and sales plans in alignment with Regional industry leads and Regional Tech leads facilitating customer base expansion which will ensure topline as well as bottom line growth. Responsible for recruitment and coaching of sales team. Maintain a highly visible presence and relationships with senior executives in all account. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized. Structure market related data and trend analysis. Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunities. Play an active role in the providing support for the management in the development of current and future growth strategy for all existing products as well as new products in the pipeline. Play an active role in developing the reactive and proactive projects for customers and market in general with the animal nutrition lab. Ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities in Sales Force and ensuring that it remains updated and robust. Forecasting: Liaise with planner or supply chain group to ensure proper and smooth supply to customers. Provide guidance, training to customers and distributors regarding product selection and performance. Effective relationship management - Internal and external stakeholders both. Job Requirements What you will need to be successful Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary or Animal Science or related field. Minimum 10 years industrial experience in Sales or relevant role within the Animal Nutrition industry. Strong understanding in Feed additives, Enzymes and Gut in Poultry will be desired. At least 6 years team management experience. Willingness to travel more than 35% of working time. Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Owners & Senior Management and Operational level. Competence to work with distributors in technical, product knowledge and value selling. Proactive and resilient under challenging situations with strong service aptitude. Effective interpersonal skills with good collaboration with multiple stakeholders (external and internal). Customer satisfaction, both internal as well as external (distributors and end customers). Strategic thinking and strong coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
