- Enhancing Technical and Sales competencies
- Lead generation along with Distributor
- Apply SPIN & with 4/5 specification
- Enhanced tracking of 25 TPO & 20 TO
- Developing contacts with all owners & influencers of class A & B Architects, PMC's, contractors and customers.
- Develop efficiency in market coverage and time management.
- Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work on presenting KCS brand story, values and focus on establishing KCS as a brand in close coordination with MS/TM and Marketing.
- Engage in research of new markets and customer need and project lost analysis.
- Focus on quality installation, complaint closure along with CSS Team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduate / Engineer, MBA in Marketing
- 3-5 years Sales experience in Building products / office automation / direct selling, Exposure to handling imported product marketing
- Very good in technical matters and systematic in planning.
- Computer savvy.
