Job Role:
As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a dynamic sales team and help Extreme Networks surpass our growth goals for the India subregion. The territory domain comprises India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan & Maldives sales territories. The right candidate is responsible for building and leading a world-class sales team, implementing the right market engagement processes, enable and engage Channel fraternity towards regional objectives, and partnering with System Engineering, Sales Operations, Services delivery, and Regional Line-of-Business leaders to deliver the best possible customer experience. The right candidate is truly passionate about SAAS, IT Infrastructure specifically around Computer networking and/or IT Security domains and has a proven track record to talk about!
Regional sales directors will carry a lot of responsibility on their shoulders\xe2\x80\x94they\xe2\x80\x99re expected to develop strong relationships with clients, manage their team\xe2\x80\x99s performance, and come up with innovative ways to increase revenue.
