-Regional Sales Director Zone : West What S/He will do Directs the activities of the regional team & field sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies. Build and drive revenues from the company owned, franchise centres and agent network. Troubleshoot & build on our 6-month,1-year and 5-year strategy to maximize impact. Create a framework to set, measure and report on KPIs for sales efficiency and adjust strategy based on data. Grow our sales team by attracting top talent while nurturing the talent already there through regular coaching sessions. Directs the activities of the regional team & field sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies. Develops sales campaigns to accommodate business goals. Marketing plan, business projections (anticipating the trend and future planning), budget planning, and tracking achievements vs. targets. Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Provide leadership to drive the sales activities in the region across all segments. Responsible and accountable to align, implement and drive the sales plan for the assigned region, in accordance with the outlined corporate objectives and goals. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Finance & Product Development teams. Who you are. 12+ years sales and sales management experience in a hyper growth environment - Edtech, Overseas Education. Strong track-record of sales experience and exceeding targets. Out-of-the-box critical thinking and goals- and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent business/financial acumen and sales pipeline management skills. Outstanding communication, mentoring, and coaching skills. Master\'s degree (sales,marketing, business) Proficient in computer applications including CRM, Excel etc.
