Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

Regional Manager would be a general sales/operations position for a particular State. Regional Officer would be a key liaison point between Channel Partners and Business Units to ensure that all the student needs are served with consistent quality befitting the reputation of KC Overseas

• As a Regional Manager you will have to travel across the State/Region allocated to you in major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.
• Achieve Student conversions plan for your region.
• Visit at regular intervals the existing Franchisees and Channel Partners and generate new student applications from them.
• Making new channel partners for the allocated region.
• Present the KC Services, facilities, features and support system such that it generates more student applications and conversions.
• Co-ordinate with Business Units Head for the number of Applications to be generated for a particular month for different countries.
• Assist the Channel Partners to generate applications and resolve there day to day queries.
• Meet the given student conversion target for Education Loan.
• Meet the given student target for the Allied services.

• Having overall experience of at least 8 to 12 years in sales
• Good command over English and Regional Language
• Adept in terms of Sales quotient and ownership
• Looking for Local candidates
• Candidates having management Graduate Degree (MBA) will be preferred.
• Graduate with minimum 60%
