Regional Manager

What this job involves:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager (Facilities Manager) to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and functioning seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and meet Mandatory Account Deliverables as promulgated by account director
2. Inventory Management and supplies to meet health and safety standards
3. Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
4. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
5. Supervise all facilities staff (and external contractors)
6. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
7. Keep financial and non-financial records
8. Perform analysis and forecasting
9. Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements
10. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
11.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
12. Coordinate intra-office moves
13. Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
14. Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
15. Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
16. Manage contractor and vendor relationships
17. Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
18. Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
19. Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing
20. Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels
21. Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff
22. Conflict Management and Stakeholder Management of the faciltiies staff
23. Prepare and track facility budget
24. Monitor expenses and payments
25. Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
26. Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
27 Responsible for operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure of data center.

Experience & Education
1. Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
2. Well-versed in IFM operations and facilities management best practices
3. Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Good analytical/critical thinking
7. Electrical engineering with 17 years of experience in Telecommunication or Data center
8. Conflict Resolution and Stakeholder Management
