Ensuring the growth of business and profits of a company in a particular Region and conducting sales and distribution related activities. Lead and create high performing team of BSM, MOAs & Agents by driving growth and efficiency in the Region to make it a profit hub.

Location: Mumbai, Jaipur and Allahabad

• Complete accountability of the Sales Target of the Region which has a direct impact on the Relationship\'s top-line target.
• Drive 13 month Rolling Premium Persistency
• Working with Product and Actuarial teams to design solutions, propensity model & sales pitch that can help penetrate the base in the verticals of the Bank.
• Use all the opportunities to increase the Sales Volume and the profitability in the Region
• Engaging the senior management within the vertical to optimize on the opportunity available for higher penetration in the customer base
• Constantly coming up with initiatives to grab the mindshare of the agents/customers sales force which involves training, engaging with the agents, organizing customer interactions and designing & fulfilment of attractive Rewards & Recognition programs which motivates them to sell.
• Monitor the Quality of sale and take document actions against any deviation from process flow decided

• Graduate with 12-24 years of retail sales management experience/ MBA with 10-11 years of experience (at least 8 years of insurance sales management experience)
• Knowledge of financial and insurance market
