Hiring for esteemed client company of Sanskruti Solutions (Diagnostic Setup Based @ Pune)Position: Regional Head - South (Oncology Segment)HQ Location: Bengaluru and covering entire business territories of South India. (Initial market focus would in HQ City, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh States)Team Role: No, it is an individual contributor role to start with and later on based on his / her performance (business volume generations), team creation / building would be done in various cities / states for the organization by the candidate.Position Reports To: COOWork Experience Criteria: We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.We are looking for a Sales Leader to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales Team for the South India markets.Min. 10 years of Sales experience in Pharma from Oncology Segment.Role Responsibilities: Translates business strategy and objectives into tactical plans that meet / exceed yearly goals in sales quota, growth, direct contribution and gross margin by leveraging existing resources.Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecast against plan.Explain and facilitates adoption of the company's tests by Oncologists for prescription on regular basis.Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts.Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.Self-driven and motivated professional.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per monthBenefits:
