About Our Client

Key Challenges for the role -
Running a line of business which involves occupying mind share, strategizing & driving business targets in the Region.
Regularly track external environment, including the changing regulatory framework, affecting banks business and accordingly align strategies.
Operating in a complex environment of dealing with a multiple stake holder, external and internal and continue to increase Mindshare in the Region
Ensuring strong relationship management within the organization. This is extremely critical especially to drive better strategies in the Region, and have right customer penetration.
Engaging the senior management within the vertical to optimize on the opportunity available for higher penetration in the customer base
Constantly coming up with initiatives to grab the mindshare of the agents/customers sales force which involves training, engaging with the agents, organizing customer interactions and designing & fulfilment of attractive Rewards & Recognition programs which motivates them to sell.
Monitor the Quality of sale and take document actions against any deviation from process flow decided
The Successful Applicant
Education and Experience
Graduate with 12-24 years of retail sales management experience
MBA with 10-11 years of experience (at least 8 years of insurance sales management experience)Knowledge
Knowledge of financial and insurance marketsSkills
Negotiating and Persuasive skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills(in maintaining relationships with other functions)
Results orientation in achieving targets
Leadership Skills
Data Analysis skills
Presentation skills
Pro-active approach, nurturing current customer base and expanding the market
