Job Profile:
1. Achieving sales target for the assigned area and team2. Ensuring the basic work form subordinates like customer coverage, visit
frequencies, programs, reporting, collaboration etc.
3. Doing field work with subordinates for customer visits and ensuring
perfect implementation of company designed strategies
4. Responsible for ROI.
5. Supervising the engagement activities executed by the sales team and
taking follow ups with customers and team to ensure the desired results
6. Rapport building with key customers to improve sales volumes and brand
advocacy of the organization
7. Inventory management and ensuring smooth distribution channel
8. Motivation to the subordinates for sales target achievements
