We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Referral Marketing Deputy/Assistant Manager to develop valued relationships with community stakeholders\xe2\x80\x94individuals, businesses, and institutions\xe2\x80\x94to promote our organization and programs/projects to target groups.
As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will be the main point of contact between the organization and the broader community.
You will also be expected to work closely with the public relations and marketing teams to develop and implement outreach strategies to promote our organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and vision and raise awareness of our initiatives/projects/programs.
This involves creating new camps in different regions, newsletters, promoting our initiatives on social media, helping community members with program enrollment, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community, and coordinating internal and external information sharing.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated, passionate individual who shares our values and believes in our mission and has 5+ years of experience developing and implementing community outreach programs.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies by organizing Health checkup camps, workshops, events, and education/training programs to increase community awareness about our organization and programs/projects
• Forge new and maintain existing relationships with community stakeholders (individuals, RWAs, Clubs, businesses, and institutions) and potential donors
• Respond to questions and concerns from the public using different digital channels (email and social media)
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure community outreach and engagement activities are consistent with our brand and organization\xe2\x80\x99s culture
• Draft and submit proposals, reports, presentations, and pitches for all community outreach activities

Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or any related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Community Outreach and/or Public Relations
• Strong technical experience with project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
