Support transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain.

Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards being generated.

Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes.

Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all reports (daily, weekly, Monthly).

Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI and basic knowledge of SQLPreparing and making reports/ presentations on operationsGood understanding of back-office operations (specifically IT operations) would be an added advantage

Make sure that deliverables are delivered within timelines

Manage IT hardware asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives

Manage a team of IT Asset Analysts

Participation in IT/Infosec audit related activities report which will be as per audit standardsKnowledge of Pivot Table, Slicers, Chart, Text column & Lookups, Logical functions, V&H Lookup functions, IF Statements, Nested If statement, Date Formula, Index, Match, String Function.
