Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters Conduct recruitment interviews and screen potential candidates Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Develop and execute recruitment plans Job Requirements: At least 10 years of experience as an IT recruiter Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience with IT recruitment is mandatory Flexibility to work on 14th/15th June 23 at our Bangalore office for conducting face-to-face interviews
