Experience :- 3- 9 yrs

Responsibility:

The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily responsibilities, which include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any Stream (Handling team of 20 members Minimum)
• Expertise in recruitment for all levels ,team management and Client management
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with local contacts to create additional values to the organization.
• Take ownership of key customer accounts and establish as a trusted partner to our valued clients.
• Developing and delivering best recruiting and training practices.
• Ability to analyse the overall footfall of recruitment and hiring needs.
• Should have experience in Relationship management of key stakeholders, Ongoing operational management of service delivery, ensuring fulfilment and cost efficiency.
• Develop the account to optimize service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
• Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success and positive image.
• Own service delivery ensuring customer satisfaction, KPI attainment, quality of service and cost effectiveness.
