Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience 5. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards 6. Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and assisting with negotiations 7. Keep up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices 8. Assist in other HR activities as needed
