Job Description
RTA Programs
- Internal Hire program
- Drive established process for hiring internal applicants into new roles (create & post jobs, review resumes, recommend internal offers, ensures all pre-employment screening is completed)
- Trains and orientates supervisors and employees with respect to recruiting procedures, effective interviewing skills, and applicable laws.
- Coach and direct managers to become self-directed
- Meet goals associated with the RTA Key Performance Indicators (Days to Fill, Cost per Hire, etc)
- Deliver a seamless and consistent applicant and hiring manager experience from req creation to the internal hire’s first day
- Provide best in class communication and updates to managers and applicants.
- Merger and acquisitions
- Complete pre-employment screening
- Generate process tools and assist with training of new managers
- RTA Training strategy
- Schedule training
- Build and deliver training content
- Support the background check program
- Update processes and communicate changes to RTA team
- RTA Global Policy, Process, and Compliance
- RTA Global Systems and Vendor Management
- RTA Global Analytics
