Deliver a seamless and consistent applicant and hiring manager experience from req creation to the internal hire’s first day
Provide best in class communication and updates to managers and applicants.
Merger and acquisitions
Complete pre-employment screening
Generate process tools and assist with training of new managers
RTA Training strategy
Schedule training
Build and deliver training content
Support the background check program
Update processes and communicate changes to RTA team
Provide support to projects and change initiatives for:
RTA Global Policy, Process, and Compliance
RTA Global Systems and Vendor Management
RTA Global Analytics
