- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and techniques to attract potential talent
- Review and analyze resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
