Job Title: Operations Specialist - Recruitment

Purpose of job:

To implement content changes in MyHR Recruitment supporting targeted recruitment campaigns, updating for alignment with the EVP and branding, and continued improvement of candidate experience. Execute routine data management tasks such as removal of duplicate candidates and purge of inactive candidate records. To support operational Recruitment teams and candidates with complex service requests and provide operational expertise to test MyHR releases and process improvement implementation

Experience areas:

HR System Data Maintenance

  • Knowledge of managing recruitment requirements and HR master data
  • Operational data integrity in an HR system or ATS (Pref. Success Factors).
Business Awareness
  • Demonstrates ability to understand business structures and impact of data on operational processes with significant reputational and operational impact.
Service Delivery
  • Able to understand and prioritise competing demands based on business impact and data integrity requirements.
  • Focused on meeting SLAs and enabling colleagues to meet SLAs.
Analyses data and problems
  • Able to identify root cause of issues and consequences of data maintenance actions, escalating resolution correctly.
English and Comms
  • Excellent written English, able to write succinctly to monitor and update help text, notifications and system content.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Accountabilities:
  • The primary responsibility is to maintain data integrity in MyHR Recruiting and provide support to Recruitment Teams requiring support in accordance with SLAs for SSC service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain Recruiting Groups, route maps and permissions with HRIS and CoE.
  • Provide RMK and RCM content management support, updating internal and external pages as requested by Resourcing CoE.
  • Manage and maintain standard headers, footers and help text and updates to notifications.
  • Run monthly reports to identify and address recruiting data integrity issues, and action requests from candidates and managers to update records and statuses for vacancies and candidates, understanding and advising on impact of such changes.
  • Align with Operations Specialists-EC to ensure that positions and requisitions remain synchronised and risks of changes and errors are understood.
  • Manage Onboarding data provision and align with Operations Specialists to ensure that EC data requirements are maintained in Onboarding.
  • Run monthly data purge routine for inactive candidates.
  • Update approved master data in MyHR Recruiting eg edit picklist options
  • Support recruitment teams and line managers setting up campaigns with correct use of MyHR process.
  • Support HR Operations team with complex requests related to MyHR Recruiting.
  • Review and test MyHR releases, CRs and process changes in Recruiting
  • Escalate master data, RMK content and process issues for resolution or action planning with Operations, Data and Continuous Improvement Leads as appropriate.
  • Support process and systems training for new members of the HR teams.
  • Attend SAP webinars on EC release plans and engage with SAP Success Factors Community.
Other Key skills:
  • Mid- Level HR Operations experience on an ATS recruitment tool (ideally Success Factors, Workday, AMRIS or Recruitment solution).
  • Knowledge of HR 'Recruit to Retire' processes.
  • HR Data Management experience in a global organisation environment.
  • High impact service delivery working with all levels of management and senior HR colleagues
Information Security
  • Read, understand, and comply with the information security policies
  • Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any noncompliance to information security policies
