We are looking for efficient and devoted Recruitment and Development Manager for a leading Life Insurer. As a RDM you will be responsible for recruitment of Life Advisors, developing agency business and meeting the targets with customer centricity.
Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
Customer Centricity
Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
Determining new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
Providing customer satisfaction through negotiation.
Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring that they are fulfilled.
Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
Training and mentoring the staff whenever required.
Discussing the new strategies and policies with other concerned departments.
Developing new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
Requirements
Graduates or MBA in Finance / Marketing or relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in Business Development role.
Proven sales record and managing customer relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
