Roles and Responsibilities Please Send me Resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] Phone no : 6366528282 Typical Activities and Skill Requirements Provide input and develop realistic and robust project plans, helping the definition of project scope,objectives and theinvolvement of all the relevant stakeholders Support the definition of the project team and the engagementof resources Document changes in requirementsto project scope Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring high qualityand a low rate of review cycles Support the analysis and design in all its phases, from the collection of functional and technical requirements to therecommendations on improving process, efficiency and leading practices Lead specific tasks such as fit gap analysis, requirements collection and engagementof process owners Support the build and configuration phases based on the agreed technicalspecifications Support all the phases of testing: System Testing (ST), User Acceptance Tests (UATs), Performance/VolumeTesting Create and deliver trainingcontent Support and create the readiness assessment for the deployment. (i.e. data cleansing, environmentconfiguration anduserprofiling) Support the transition of software from the project to BAU maintenance and handoverincluding documentation Create and deliver progress updates on activitiesescalating potential risks and issues Support managers in the definition of project strategy, objectives,decision criteria and prioritization within theportfolioin order to ensure the right balancebetween demand and supply Lead smallinitiatives Support the engagement of stakeholders, build and maintainrelationships Define and create the requirements to assess vendors capabilityto deliver projects successfully Work and sometimes lead effectively with cross border teamsin a virtual environment Work with internal resources, third parties and vendors to successfullydelivery projects tasks Experience and Qualifications Develop a broad knowledge on HR Technology through personal development and on the job training andexperiences. Keep updated on the latest market trends in terms of solutionsand vendors Experience with SuccessFactors RCMand RMK preferred Experience working with AI technology productsand vendors preferred Demonstrate effective communication, problem solvingand analytical skills Effectively manage conflicts, ambiguity, influence decisionmaking and negotiation. 2-5 years' experience within the HR function witha focus on HRIS Projects Global travel may be required pendingbusiness needs Due to the global nature of the role there may be a need to work outside of normal businesshours to accommodatecalls and meetings across time zones Proficient in using businessEnglish
