Key Accountabilities Key Objectives Support and Execute the India HR plan, supporting the Gwalior Site in India Deliver high quality, full spectrum HR Advisory services to Gwalior Site encompassing Talent Management & Engagement, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations & Labor Relations Management and Compliance activities Partner & Assist the Site Manager in delivering leading Site ISC performance. Drive Engagement & Performance Enhancement of the ambitiously growing businesses Facilitate development of all personnel while specially focusing on the leadership talent Functional Responsibilities Plan, manage and assist in executing the HR functions for all the diverse/high growth MFG Site. Key activities include co-ordination for Recruitment and selection of talent, Training & Development initiatives for all personnel, Talent engagement and management activities and routine administrative functions. Compliance - statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Gwalior. Provide full HR services including statutory compliance activities business Experience 5+ years of hands-on, post qualification, professional experience in Manufacturing/B2B (preferably multinational) environment Excellent communication (both written and verbal), Inter-personal, HR skills - preferably in matrix set up. Proven HR Industrial Relations / Labor Management / business partnering / CoE / generalist skills - including (working level) insights in core HR skills like Talent Mgmt, L&D, Engagement, Rewards, Compliance.
