Responsible for the entire cycle of Recruitment. Source profiles using various techniques - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals, campus recruitment etc. Driving various initiatives in various Colleges and Pvt Institutes. Coordinating with Training and Placement Officers of various colleges for campus arrangement. Shortlist candidates for operation round. Co-ordinate with vendors for requirement. Job positing and sourcing resumes from job portal. Initiate employee reference scheme. Building network of potential candidates Screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews, follow ups - from closure to Joining Salary negotiation at entry level. Policy and Process Ensures Alight acts in accordance with the appropriate employment legislation and regulatory frameworks. Compliance Ensuring Quality Compliance For HR Processes Handled - Following Of Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. Adhering to company policies, Rules & Regulations Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules MIS/Database Maintain employee personal profile files. Update records. Prepare daily /monthly MIS on recruitment / attrition / attendance/ appraisal. Key experience Any Graduate 3+ Years of experience in recruitment for BPO /ITES companies. Should have handle mass recruitment. PC Literacy - Word and Excel (Advanced Level) Skills Excellent communication, Teamwork & Interpersonal skills Should have experience of high volume recruitment and selection Should have analytical skills.
