As a Recruiter, you will play key role is getting highly qualified and competent manpower to the company. You will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate\'s potential through clever questions. You will build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Our ideal profile: You have: Strong understanding of people management concepts. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret talent data effectively. Strong numerical ability Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recruitment, includes MS office tools, recruitment software etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Rational thinking and adaptability to changing circumstances. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities: Understand recruitment processes laid down and implement them meticulously. Source and screen candidates for open positions. Schedule and manage various assessment and interview processes. Communicate and build professional relations with candidates to keep them engaged. Facilitate the different stages of the process. Surf job portals, social media platforms to source candidates in a timely manner. Maintain records of candidate data. Use of MS office tools to communicate to various stakeholders in the process, maintain data, analyse and report data. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
