Evaluate Customer Credit (Approve/Revise Credit Limits) Maintain Customer Master Data Review and release order (credit) blocks Manage customer collections: review open items, contact customer, dunning procedure, manage disputes Evaluate Bad Debt Provisions on a monthly basis in-line with closing calendar. Prepare AR Ledger Review, including aging analysis for Financial Directors of the affiliates Propose and implement initiatives aimed to improve efficiency and quality of the process Develop strong working relationship with the Affiliates and BPO partner Serve as the key contact relating to all Credit & Collection activities for the affiliate or cluster of affiliates Request credit guidance and approval from Treasury Assist in audit preparation and all other projects assignedAssist in Purchase to Pay and Intercompany transactions and drive issue resolution with other parties involved (when and if required) Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit and collections area Financial Statement (P&L) Analysis including Liquidity, Financial, Profitability and Efficiency Ratio Credit Analysis experience desirable / Cash Management experience - desirable / Credit Insurance experience -desirable / Revenue Accounting experience - desirable Experience in SAP is required Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently Excellent stakeholder management skills are requiredOwnership and strong drive in an independent tasks executionExperience in pharma industry would be an asset Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work process and projects Experience with continuous improvement projects and practical application of CPI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) would be an asset Fluency (oral and written) in English and German or French (B2/C1 desired or native) is a requirement, any other European language would be an asset
