Job role includes managing and organizing day to day tasks, reporting and assisting management in office works. Should be proactive. Answering telephone calls and emails as well as screening and forwarding calls regarding softwares. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handling basic inguiries and sorting emails. Work in MS Word and Powerpoint presentations. Copying, filing and maintaining documents. Monitoring office supplies. Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. Should be well mannered. Performing few administrative tasks etc. Candidates having or undergoing degrees like BBA/BHM/BCA/BAHM/AHTM/DHTM/BSCCS/BAHM/BAENG/BASOCIO/AVIATION and equivalent qualifications having good communication skills and basic computer knowledge preferably females aged less than 28 years can apply for this post. Freshers can apply too. *We do not consider any kind of remote or work from home job as experience. Duty hours - Mon-Fri(10-6:30), Sat(10-2:30). Interview mode: Online mode..then f2f..
