Job role includes reporting and assisting management. Answering telephone calls and emails as well as screening and forwarding calls regarding softwares. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handling basic inquiries and sorting emails. Work in MS-Word and Powerpoint presentations. Copying, filing and maintaining documents. Monitoring office supplies. Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. Should be well mannered. Performing few administrative tasks etc.. Candidates having BBA/BHM/BCA/AHTM/BAJM/BSC CS/BA ENG SOCIO/Diploma in AVIATION or equivalent qualifications having good communication skills and basic computer knowledge preferably female candidates aged below 28 years can apply for this post.. Duty hours:- Mon - Fri (10-6:30) Sat(10-2:30).. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
