Job Description
Job role includes sharing information with customers on products and services such as prices and deals, Demonstrating softwares and services to customers, Answering customer queries and providing information, Responding to complaints when customers experience problems, Processing orders and returns, Documenting customer interactions, Communicating clients and management to create client records and to manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions etc. Any BCA/BBA/BHM/BAJM/TTM/BSc/MSc/MCA/Aviation etc with relevant technical knowledge preferably female candidates aged less than 28 years with good communication skills can apply for this position.Work at office only.
