The real estate sales Manager will be required to communicate and explain the ongoing project to the leads, work towards converting inquiries into bookings.
Should be able to make calls to the clients for the follow up after the initial visit to the site.
The candidate should possess adequate knowledge about the competitors in the market.
Should have experience in selling of plots ,villas, commercial and residential. Should know Telugu, English and Hindi. Self driven and motivated.
Strong sales skills and negotiation skills.
Prompt and clear communication with the customer, sales and operation team.
Should have atleast 5-6 years of experience in real estate sales.
