In this role, you join Shell\xe2\x80\x99s RE team of professionals with established strong reputation for delivering portfolio strategies, commercial transactions, capital projects, facilities services, operations support, and travel support to the various Shell businesses in all parts of the world. What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? As RE Process Specialist, you support the successful migration of work from Shell business units in various locations across the world to Shell Business Operations. Moreover, you deliver effective & compliant payment processes and ensures people in Real Estate are clear on each other\xe2\x80\x99s contribution to outcomes, empowered to seek better ways of working within understood standards, and are motivated to improve outcomes based on competitive targets. Daily activities include but not limited to the following:

  • PR Creation
  • ervice Order Creation
  • PO Change & Closure
  • FI Invoice processing
  • WBSE creation
  • Payment Expedition
  • Budget Vs Actuals Report
  • Accrual Preparation
  • Vendor Management
  • Support Budgeting
Further accountabilities are as follows:
  • Deliver seamless RtP processes, resolve payment issues across the process to ensure that agreed payment terms are achieved.
  • Deliver flawless execution of the end-to-end payment process \xe2\x80\x9cRtP\xe2\x80\x9d (Request to Pay) through the various SAP systems
  • Understanding and driving toward a standardised approach to Outline Agreements, Purchase Orders and Invoice Coding (ITOCC)
  • Defining and delivering an effective process that engages across multiple interfaces with RE, CP, Finance Operations staff to ensure seamless delivery through high levels of process knowledge, both within SBO & RE teams
  • Problem solving to understand & resolve process blockers e.g. supplier, system, people
  • Application of Continuous Improvement to ensure process efficiency and to guarantee Shell payment terms are adhered.
  • Support assurance & compliance through managing documentation, interface with RE budget holders to ensure payments are correctly approved & processed
  • provide support to the global portfolio, in depending on the tasks assigned. You are required to work either in Asia, European or American hours with flexibility needed to attend occasional meetings outside of this time period.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance, preferably with 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Background in Data Analytics and MI reporting
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Possess CI Mindset and Automation
  • Willingness to work EMEA shift timings - 1200 hrs to 2000 hrs
