We have 5 offices across 4 cities and an online portal, catering to all genres of residential, commercial retail, industrial, education, and hospitality sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Job | Fresher | Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads. You will need to maintain a database of leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi- Ability to engage with customers over the phone- Answering the incoming calls.- Good listening and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- Experience in a similar role or customer service is a plusQualification- Graduation is a must.- Experience in telecalling will be an advantage- Candidates willing to join on an immediate basis is an added advantage.Interested candidates can mail their CV (ref:updazz.com)
