Job descriptionWith over 20 years of Real Estate experience across 6 cities in India, RD Brothers Property Consultant strives to give clients a truly professional experience.Company Link: www.rdbrothers.comBe responsible for end to end sales:- Managing Sales & Marketing through online & offline sources.- Handling Mainly Leasing, Retail, Mall spaces ETC....- Team Handling- Reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis.- Business Expansion, Negotiation, Collections.- Good connect with Brands, Developers and Channel partners.-Retail Head is liable for the performance of the team and for the achievement of their targets-Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.-Continuous follow up with the clients and building and retaining clients relationships.-Payment/Collections follow-up.-Respond and resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to the complete satisfaction of customers.-Must be very passionate about Retail Real Estate and must have good Real Estate knowledgeRequirement : -Excellent Communication skills, Good Personality & Great Convincing skills-Good Team Management and Good Reporting Skills-Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Real-estate Industry-Also Need a hard core sales representative from real estate background-Strong team player, Strong interpersonal skills.-We are hiring Energetic and Enthusiastic people for our Retail .Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?60,000.00 - 70,000.00 per monthSpeak with the employer
