The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with increasing commercial and retail property sales and leasing services offered by RD Brothers Property Consultant.Qualifications- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields- Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial and retail real estate sales and leasing- Excellent communication skills to lead and manage client relationships- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the company- Strong understanding of local and national real estate trends and laws and regulations- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant business software- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to all clients, including the provision of post-sales services and support- Candidates with a real estate commercial or Retail sales track record and knowledge of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market will be given preference.CTC - open to discussion with right candidateIMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED (ref:updazz.com)
